Our clients are homeowners with a growing family and an expansive Windsor Square residence undergoing gut reconstruction in a historic preservation zone. We were brought on to assist with construction and permitting, which involved an extensive survey of the historic home that would help us to preserve its past while also bringing new life and making the space work for its current inhabitants. The project scope also included extensive site work and interior space planning. We designed a material palette of old world finishes seen through a contemporary lens, allowing this historic home to stand the test of time.
